Delivery & Returns
Upon receipt of your order and payment, your items will take approximately 2 days to get to us, thereafter we brand them according to what you've requested, then package it up and send it to you. This process can take between 3-7 working days.
We ask that you 100% confirm what it is that you'd like us to embroider onto your item as we cannot grant refunds or exchanges on made to order items.
Shipping is free on the polo bandages and we use Royal Mail or DPD as our carriers. For larger items there is a reduced shipping fee required.
Payment Info
We accept payments through PayPal. If you have reached out for a more bespoke option (by emailing us) we'll send you an invoice via email and internet transfer is required before we can process your order... don't worry we make it easy!
